Blue Bird

Here's one of my recent knits that I thought you might like to see...

..a cosy woolly hat knitted using the popular Capucine pattern on Ravelry. I knitted it using some Patons Shadow Tweed from my stash and as its a chunky yarn it didn't take up much time to knit up; if only all knitting was a quick as that! I found some turquoise felt for the bird, which suits the yarn's colour and added some leaves too. I've been wearing it lot recently in this cold weather and its just the right length to cover my ears. Its a perfect little knit!
